Frequently asked questions:

Is there a grading system?

Yes there is but it is up to you .You can train just for fitness and fun or you can progress through the grades.

Will i have to spar(fight)?

Not if you do not wish to.Allthough martial arts are a contact sport we understand that not everybody wants to compete. The choice is yours and nobody will be forced to do it.

Do i need to be fit?

No,Your fitness will improve through regular practise and we recognise that everybody is an individual and as such will progress differently.

What if i am alone?

Thats fine.We are a friendly club so it wont take long to find someone to talk with. The sessions are hard work but lots of fun and the shared experiance will soon bring everyone together.

Am i to old to start?

No.You're never to old to start something new and the benefits are well worth it.The kids classes are from 6years and above. There is no upper age limit.
